reading friends' blogs is a good tp ; but this was a horror for me to read!
i always thought gopalT was in the same league as merv hughes etc. and with his jump, i thot he might hurt the pitch .
but wehn i met him in june, i was in for a surprise.. he seemed to be very fit and active. well now that hez not gonna be able to run etc for a while, i hope he does not get all those pounds back; it hurts to see regression;
anyway ..
so what is the current status?
d00d just when im back from a long lay off due to hand and back injuries.. i was about to get ready to start a brag coloumn.
but now that there is no one to trash talk with.. ill post pone it; mean while, im hell bent on reading and practising more on safe and good bowling practices.
the last thing i want is sitting at home doing nothing interesting. no one to play tt with here .. shoulder is not strong enough for tennis and badminton. basket ball is a big nono; hell i even could not play ultimate frisbee for two sessions in a row.
i need to develop a good routine and a way to stick to it :)
i have regained a lot of flexibility in the wrists and elbows, but i still cant do the namasthe from teh back; once im back to that stage, ill know for sure that i am fine.
well .. i hope i do keep having fun on teh week ends :)

looks like an exclusive post for me- read and acknowledged :D
am fine now- knee's ok. Haven't put weight. infact, on the contrary- lost a lot....leaner than what i was in June.
